Arteca places your artists before a room of approved collectors for one day a year, and keeps you the gallery of record throughout.
Nothing publishes without you
Your artists’ biographies, the descriptions of their works and the imagery are held until you approve them; a work cannot publish without that approval. The price, and the words that accompany it when a collector reveals it, are approved explicitly as well, and each approval is recorded with who gave it and when.
Your terms, recorded with the sale
You confirm your status as seller of record, set your commission and payout terms, and complete the payment onboarding once. Every sale carries those terms.
Documentation that travels with the work
Invoices, terms of sale, authenticity documents and resale conditions are attached to the work and issued to the collector with the certificate of authenticity.
A live view on the day
During the drop you see availability, holds and sales for your own artists as they happen, and for nobody else’s.
Introductions the collector asked for
A collector who consents to an introduction after a purchase is introduced to you through your portal. Engagement with your works is shared in aggregate, never by name.
Your records, yours to export
Transaction and provenance records for your works can be exported whenever you need them.
In two languages, reviewed by people
Every artist’s story is published in Arabic and English, and no translation publishes without a person’s review.
Participation is by invitation, edition by edition.
